From the first frosty week of December to New Year's Eve, function rooms, hotels and marquees across the Midlands are booked solid. We make sure yours looks and sounds the part, with dancefloor lighting, uplighting in your brand colours, a proper sound system for your DJ or band, and clear microphones for the speeches.
Want more than a disco? We add LED screens for photo slideshows, quizzes, awards and year-in-review videos, plus staging, drape and cold spark effects for a big moment at midnight.
December Fridays and Saturdays are the first dates to go, so it pays to talk to us early. Send us the date, the venue and a rough guest number, and we'll come back with options and a clear price.

When should we book for a Christmas party?
As early as you can. December Friday and Saturday dates go first, often by early autumn. Midweek dates and early December are easier to find.
Can you provide sound and lighting for our DJ or band?
Yes. We supply DJ-ready and band-ready sound systems with monitoring, plus lighting for the dancefloor and stage, and a technician to look after it all on the night.
Can you light the venue in our company colours?
Yes. Our LED uplighters can match your brand colours, and we can put your logo on an LED screen or project it onto the dancefloor.
Can you run speeches, awards or a quiz?
Yes. Wireless microphones, playback for walk-on music and an LED screen for slides, award winners or quiz rounds are a popular add-on.
Do you do New Year's Eve?
Yes, subject to availability. New Year's Eve books up quickly, so let us know your venue and timings as early as possible.
