Not every event needs an LED wall. For a meeting, AGM, training session or small conference, a good projector and a proper screen does the job, as long as it's set up right and someone checks the laptop works before people arrive.
We hire Optoma short-throw projectors and Harkness Hall Fastfold screens in 6ft × 4ft and 10ft × 7ft, with laptops, clickers, PA and wireless mics if you need them. We deliver, set up and test everything, and a technician can stay for the session. If the room is bright or the audience is big, we'll suggest an LED screen instead.

Should I use a projector or an LED screen?
Projectors suit darker rooms and smaller audiences. In a bright room or for a big audience, an LED screen is much clearer. See our guide to LED screens vs projectors.
Can you supply sound and microphones too?
Yes. We can add a speech PA and Sennheiser wireless mics, so speakers and questions from the floor are heard clearly.
Do you set it up?
Yes. We deliver, set up and test the projector, screen and laptop before your guests arrive.
