A conference reflects your organisation. Clear sound, sharp visuals and a stage that matches your brand tell delegates you take the day seriously. Patchy microphones, dim projection and a cluttered stage tell them the opposite. We design and run the technical side of corporate events so your speakers can focus on their message.
Our team handles stage design, LED walls or projection, slide and video playback, confidence monitors, lecterns, radio mics, lighting and recording. For hybrid events we add multi-camera live streaming, so remote audiences get the same quality as the room.
We work at hotels, conference centres and offices across Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Birmingham. A technical producer attends your site visit, runs rehearsals and calls the show on the day.

Can you visit the venue before we confirm?
Yes. We recommend a site visit for most conferences so we can check power, rigging points, sightlines and access before we quote.
Do you handle PowerPoint and video playback?
Yes. We run presentation playback from dedicated machines, with backups, and can layer your slides with branded graphics on LED walls.
Can you stream our conference to remote delegates?
Yes. We provide multi-camera live streaming to platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Teams and Zoom, with graphics and a recording afterwards.

We work at hotels, conference centres, offices and unusual venues. We're used to working alongside in-house AV teams and venue rules.
