The brief

John Eastwood Hospice's Proms on the Pitch brought six acts into a marquee at Mansfield Town Football Club in October 2026: Forest Pop Choir, Shirebrook Brass Band, PJ Orchestra, two sopranos, Adam's George Michael tribute and a swing band. Every act needed a proper stage and sound that carried to the back of a packed marquee.

What we delivered

A stage big enough for a full choir, brass band and orchestra
RCF line-array PA for the whole marquee
Microphones and sound for all six acts, from choir to soloists
Delivered, built and taken down by our own crew around the hospice's volunteers

The result
