The brief

With a big crowd spread across the site, people at the back needed to see the performers and speakers as clearly as those at the front, in full July sunshine.

Two 3×4m LED screens on truss towers either side of the main stage
A 4×3m LED screen on stage
Three cameras with wireless video links for live close-ups
Screens and towers built and ready on the morning of the show

The result

Close-ups of every performer on the big screens, sharp enough for a sunny afternoon, so the back of the crowd didn't miss a thing.
